No returns for change of mind
We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, found a lower price elsewhere or were unhappy with the contents or pull results of an opened product. This applies to standard and preorder items once an order is confirmed, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
Contact us promptly
If an order arrives damaged in transit, email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the parcel, packaging and affected product.
Please keep all packaging while we assess the claim. We may coordinate with the carrier, but Sector 151 TCG will remain your contact for the order.
Tell us what went wrong
If an item is faulty, materially different from its description or not what you ordered, please contact us promptly—preferably within 7 days of delivery—and include photos where possible.
The 7-day request helps us investigate quickly; it does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Send your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photos through our contact section. Do not return an item until we provide instructions.
Where a claim is covered by Australian Consumer Law, the available remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Your statutory rights remain protected. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
